Aiō Mototsuna (相合元綱, ? – May 11, 1542) was a brother of the famous Mōri Motonari and son of Mōri Hiromoto. In 1524, a failed conspiracy by Sakagami Sosuke and other vassals under Motonari sought to murder him and elevate Mototsuna to replace Motonari as leader. He later died of a cold.
