Haara al-Wizarat (Arabic: حارة الوزارات, lit. 'the ministries quarter'), or Hayy al-Wizarat (Arabic: حي الوزارات, lit. 'the ministries neighborhood'),[1] better known as Hara (Arabic: حارة, lit. 'quarter'), is a subject of the al-Malaz Sub-Municipality and a low-income residential neighborhood in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.[2] It shares borders with the ad-Dhubbat neighborhood to the east and as-Sulaimaniyah neighborhood to the northwest and hosts some of the government ministries, most notably the Ministry of Defense. The neighborhood is inhabited overwhelmingly by overseas workers[3] from India and Bangladesh.[4][5][6]
