All or Nothing (remix album) is the worldwide, non-American (specifically European) version of Girl You Know It's True, released in 1989, as the original album, All or Nothing, was released in Europe in November 1988.

The cover states that the album is the "U.S.-Remix Album", despite it not being released in the United States. A conceptually similar album, The Remix Album, was released one year later in the U.S. in 1990, reaching #32. The Remix Album includes extended, remixed versions of songs, and tracks which only appeared on the European debut release.

The cover's statement can be taken to mean this is the European release including tracks and remixes only released in America (especially the non-remix tracks, "More Than You'll Ever Know", "Take It as It Comes" and "It's Your Thing") up until this release.
