American Journal of Comparative Law
The American Journal of Comparative Law (ISSN 0002-919X) is a quarterly law journal dedicated to comparative law. It is published by Oxford University Press on behalf of the American Society of Comparative Law.[1] It is co-hosted and administered by the Institute of Comparative Law (McGill University) and the Georgetown University Law Center.[2] The Institute of Comparative Law’s Director, Helge Dedek, and Georgetown University Law Center’s Franz Werro, currently serve as Co-Editors-in-Chief.[3]
