[1]Ang Mo Kio Town Garden West is 21 Ha in size. Compared to Ang Mo Kio Town Garden East, this park is bigger and built on a hillock. Visitors can view the lush and spreading greenery from a pergola and plaza after ascending a 120-step staircase. Near to the entrance of the park is a cosy place for visitors to unwind - a landscaped pond, where one can sit back and relax.
The secondary forest is situated at the other side of the park where forest plants such as Dillenia and Vitex grow lavishly. Runners will love the footpaths meandering through the forest and flowing with the terrain as it will be a challenge for them. Other activities visitors can participate in include foot reflexology, inline skating and trekking and nature walks are available. There is a McDonald's/McCafe restaurant for visitors' dining.

The park is opposite Ang Mo Kio Town Library, along Ang Mo Kio Avenue 6. You can get there by bus Services 269, 138 from Ang Mo Kio Bus Interchange.
