Annual Review of Environment and Resources is an annual peer-reviewed scientific journal published by Annual Reviews, Inc. It covers environmental science and engineering, ecology, conservation science, water assets, energy resources, atmosphere, oceans, climate change, agriculture, livestock, natural resource management and global change. The journals was established in 1976 as Annual Review of Energy and renamed Annual Review of Energy and the Environment in 1991, before obtaining its current title in 2003. The editors-in-chief are Ashok Gadgil (Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory) and Diana M. Liverman (University of Arizona). According to the Journal Citation Reports, the journal has a 2012 impact factor of 4.968.[1]
