Ayelén Iara Stepnik (born November 22, 1975 in Rosario) is a retired field hockey player from Argentina. She won the silver medal with the national women's hockey team at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney and a bronze medal at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens. Ayelén has also won the Women's Hockey World Cup in 2002, the 2001 Women's Hockey Champions Trophy and two Pan American Games (1999) and (2003).
