BaTelCo (Bahamas)

BaTelCo is the primary telecommunications provider for the Bahamas. It is fully government owned and offers telephone, internet and wireless services.
BaTelCo is an acronym for the Bahamas Telecommunications Company, now simply referred to as BTC. A majority share of BTC was purchased by Cable and Wireless on April 7, 2011 from the Government of the Bahamas.
