- Beit HaKerem (Biblical), a biblical fortress in Judea identified by many with the later Herodium site
- Beit HaKerem Valley, a valley in northern Israel's Galilee
- Beit HaKerem is also the original name of the Hebrew University Secondary School in Jerusalem
