Binduga [binˈduɡa] (German: Wienduga) is a settlement in the administrative district of Gmina Stawiguda, within Olsztyn County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) north-east of Stawiguda and 11 km (7 mi) south of the regional capital Olsztyn. It is located in Warmia.

The settlement has a population of 50.

Before 1772 the area was part of Kingdom of Poland, 1772–1871 Prussia, 1871–1945 Germany, and again Poland since 1945.
