Brock Commons is a highrise apartment building under construction on the campus of the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, British Columbia. It will be the World's tallest mass wood building once it is completed in 2017. It will be used for student housing.

The building won't be completely made of wood. There will be a one storey concrete podium and two vertical concrete cores, containing the stairwells and elevators, that reach the rooftop.[1]
