Bryn Griffiths (born 8 March 1982) is a Welsh rugby union player. A lock forward, he has represented Wales Under 21's and currently plays his club rugby for the Cardiff Blues having joined from Doncaster R.F.C. in 2010.

Griffiths was born in Glanamman. Prior to playing for Doncaster, Griffiths had played for another Welsh regional team, the Newport Gwent Dragons where he made 12 appearances.

Griffiths previously played for Llanelli RFC, Bedwas RFC, Ebbw Vale RFC, Newport RFC and Cross Keys RFC.
