Caraballo Mountains is a mountain range in the central part of Luzon, Philippines. It is located between Cordillera Central and Sierra Madre mountain ranges, at 16°11′08″N 121°08′39″E / 16.1855556°N 121.1441667°E / 16.1855556; 121.1441667.

Viewed from Welcome Arch (Umingan, Pangasinan).

This Caraballo Mountains are the location of the headwaters of the Cagayan River.
