Category:Flora of Czechoslovakia

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This is an old revision of this page, as edited by Peter coxhead (talk | contribs) at 07:46, 30 December 2017 (new key for Category:Flora by distribution categories that follow the World Geographical Scheme for Recording Plant Distributions: "Czechoslovakia" using HotCat). The present address (URL) is a permanent link to this revision, which may differ significantly from the current revision.

This category contains the native flora of the former country Czechoslovakia as defined by the World Geographical Scheme for Recording Plant Distributions. Taxa of the lowest rank are always included; taxa of higher ranks (e.g. genus) are only included if monotypic or endemic.

This category is a geographical, not political, circumscription.

Include taxa here that are endemic or distributions restricted to the current Czech Republic or Slovakia. Use regional categories when taxa have a larger distribution that is approximately coincides by that taxon's distribution (e.g. Category:Flora of Central Europe) instead of each subordinate category of that region.
