At one time, Clyde Inlet was a 120 km (75 mi) long fiord.[1] There are several fiords in the area now, including Inugsuin Fiord and McBeth Fiord, as well as un-named islands.
The Inuit community of Clyde River is located on the inlet's Patricia Bay.
