David Douglas Harper (aka Harp-Dawg) (born May 5, 1966 in Eureka, California) is a former American football linebacker in the National Football League for the Dallas Cowboys. He played college football at Humboldt State University and was drafted in the eleventh round of the 1990 NFL Draft.
