David Michaels (born 1964 in Manchester, Lancashire), is an English actor, who has appeared on stage and television.

He appeared in many stage productions, including A Midsummer's Night Dream, and toured with the Royal Shakespeare Company.

Michaels appeared in the television series Heartbeat (as Dr. Neil Bolton). He also appeared in the first episode of Inspector Morse, "The Dead of Jericho."

He also appeared in the comedy television series As Time Goes By (as Harry, the police officer boyfriend — later fiancé — of "Sandy"). David played the aspirant Prime Minister, Brian Worsley, in the 2011 drama Hidden.
