Justin Roczniak (/ˌrɑːznæk/), better known as donoteat01, is an American YouTuber and podcaster who is known for his political commentary on Cities: Skylines, a city building game, and also as the host of Well There's Your Problem, a podcast about engineering disasters.

Content

Roczniak uploads videos on Cities: Skylines, in which he uses the game to explain the politics and power behind the construction of American cities, such as his video on how the construction of freeways can negatively impact a neighborhood from his YouTube series Power, Politics and Planning.[1] In the video, he highlights random buildings tells short tales of the people that would be negatively impacted by the construction of a freeway.[2] His main YouTube series on the game is Franklin, in which he discusses the historical development of cities.[3][4] He hosts the Well There’s Your Problem podcast, which was initially an offshoot of his YouTube channel.[5]

Although Roczniak did not initially intend for his videos to be political, he stated that he realized that it would not be possible to be completely neutral while discussing history.[1]

Personal life

Roczniak is a structural engineer and lives in Philadelphia.[5] He considers himself to be a socialist.[1][6]
