The Estonian Maritime Administration (Estonian: Veeteede Amet) is a governmental agency that operates within the area of government of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications, has a directing function, exercises state supervision and applies enforcement powers of the state on the bases and to the extent prescribed by law in order to ensure maritime safety in Estonian territorial and inland maritime waters and navigable inland waters. [1]

The headquarters of Estonian Maritime Administration is located at Valge 4 in Uuslinn, Tallinn.[2]

The agency conducts investigations of shipping accidents and incidents.[3]
