The Euscyrtinae[1] are a subfamily of crickets, in the family Gryllidae (subfamily group Podoscirtinae), based on the type genus Euscyrtus. They are terrestrial and omnivorous and can be found in: Central America, Africa, Asia and Australia.[2]
