Fame was the third stand-up show written and performed by Ricky Gervais which took place in in 2007.
'Fame' ran for over 100 shows across the UK mainland, including a long stint at London's Hammersmith Apollo and was followed by a number of shows at New York's Madison Square Garden. The show focuses on Gervais' attempts to deal with fame following his widespread success with The Office and Extras on both sides of the Atlantic, and was reported to be the fastest selling stand-up tour in British history. Gervais also erected a large poster commemorating this success in Picadilly Circus. The show featured support on its UK leg from Gervais' friend, fellow comic Robin Ince.
The DVD for 'Fame' was released on November 12, 2007.
