Summary

Description A Martin PBM Mariner flying boat (RAAF serial A70-12, registration VH-CPL) of No. 41 Squadron RAAF based at Cairns (Australia), in flight on 21 September 1944. The pilot was Flight Lieutenant Fox (411319) of Longueville, New South Wales (Australia), in the air at 2,400 m en route from Townsville to Port Moresby (New Guinea).
