Fair use rationale:
- The image is used to illustrate the subject in the article Aberdeen Centre.
- The image is scaled down to a low resolution, making profitable reproduction unlikely.
- There is a lack of free use images depicting the same mall.
- The mall depicted was demolished in 2001, drastically reducing the chances of free use versions of the same photo surfacing.
