A woman shows off a DC flag tattoo at a DC Anti-War Network (DAWN) demonstration protesting the human rights record of Alberto Gonzales, then the nominee for Attorney General under President George W. Bush. The demonstration was held in front of the Supreme Court building.
According to DAWN, the demonstration was a "vote of no confidence" in regards to Gonzales’ confirmation.
