Though this image is subject to copyright I (Thief12 (talk) 21:01, 19 November 2007 (UTC)) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the album in any way;
2. copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the album on another medium;
3. the image helps to demonstrate the description of All I Really Want for Christmas in its article.
