The precise name I have given to the file, plus the actual nature of the content, make any ambiguous usage of the image extremely unlikely (NFCC9).
This image is relevant to sub-section in question & the ongoing (to this day) search for the child, and the ordeal of her family (also depicted in the image).
Believed that the use of this image upon only the English-language Wikipedia, to illustrate a section of the article discussing aspects relating to the person and structure depicted, falls under the "Non-profit, educational" clause of the 'Fair Use' doctrine, as currently upheld by U.S. law. (17 U.S.C. § 107.)
