Description
English: Typical Maharashtrian Menu_Bhaji –Bhakari: Bhaji is any thick gravy of green leafy vegetable, here thick Chakwat (lamb's quarters, white goosefoot - Chenopodium album) gravy seasoned with chopped garlic “Phodani” (Tadka or a kind of Oil seasoning). Bhakari is thick Roti of Jwar (or Bajari). The dish also shows unripe mango pickle and onion.
मराठी: ज्वारीची (किंवा बाजरीची) भाकरी, घट्ट पालेभाजी (फोटोत लसणाची फोडणी दिलेली चाकवताची भाजी दिसत आहे), कैरीचे लोणचे आणि कांद्याच्या फोडी. हा खास महाराष्ट्रीय बेत आहे.
