Summary

Description This rare early 18th Dynasty Lapis lazuli bracelet of Queen Ahhotep I bears the name of king Ahmose I and was found in her Dra' Abu el-Naga' tomb. Ahhotep I was the mother of Ahmose I, who was the founder of the Egyptian New Kingdom that reunified Egypt around 1550 or 1539 BCE.
