Summary

Description
English: Computer-generated oblique view of the volcano Ceraunius Tholus in the northeast part of the Tharsis region of Mars. The image was created from THEMIS daytime infrared coverage in combination with the MOLA altimetry data set. The view is from the west. The vertical dimension is exaggerated by a factor of 5. The oblique impact crater Rahe is at left.
