Completed in 1918 and named in honor of Rev. Charles H. Cook who, as part of his mission to the Pima and Maricopa tribes, built nine churches for the Indians on the Gila Reservation. Funerals of WW I hero, Mathew Juan, and WW II hero Ira Hayes.
