Summary

Description
English: Two proteins, green and purple, with correlated mutations across different species are shown. Each branch of the phylogenetic trees to the left indicate a species from which a protein sequence is derived. Identical protein sequences are the same color (green or purple). The red coloring and arrows indicate correlated mutations between the two proteins.
