Dit is die grootste eksemplaar van die spesie in Suid-Afrika, en is na raming sowat 2000 jaar oud. Dit is 35 meter hoog met 'n stamomtrek van 11,65 meter, en die kroonspan is 22 meter.
English: The Kurisa Forest Giant is a large Common cabbage tree (C. spicata) at Kurisa Moya near Woodbush, Magoebaskloof. It is the largest of its species in South Africa, and is estimated to be around 2000 years old. Height is 35 m, stem circumference 11.65 m, and the crown size is 22 m. |
