English: ANSES (social security agency) offices on Tucumán and San Martín streets, in the San Nicolás ward of Buenos Aires. Designed by Enrique Chanourdié (1864-1957), it was built in 1928 for the National Rail Workers' Retirement and Pension Fund. The building was transferred to the INSSJP -an ANSES predecessor agency- in 1971.
