Español: Escudo del municipio de Elgóibar (Guipúzcoa-España) Version Ornamentada Según el blasón: Los Reyes Católicos conceden a la Villa de Elgoibar en el año 1.498 un escudo de armas, que es el actual y que consta de dos partes: una superior con un castillo sobre fondo rojo; y otra inferior con tres paneles de plata sobre campo azul; recibiendo después los títulos de Noble y Leal, que de antiguo ostenta. Euskara: Elgoibarko udalerria (Gipuzkoa-Espaina) Armarria. Blasoi dioenez: Armarria 1498an Errege Katolikoek Elgoibarko herriari eskainitakoa da. Bertan, gaztelu bat eta olasotik hartutako hiru bihotz ikus daitezke, azken hauek Ganbotarren sinboloak ziren.
