Español: Bandera del municipio de Coveñas (Sucre).

"1) EL SOL: permanente e inevitable elemento de nuestros paisajes, simboliza además grandeza, perseverancia y esperanza. 2) AZUL: Color que simboliza nuestro inmenso amr que baña muestra próspera región, es además el color de la esperanza, aquella que mantiene permanentemente un pueblo con futuro y lleno de empuje. 3) VERDE: Color característico y común de los verdes y labrados campos de nuestra región. Es el color del fruto, de ese arduo trabajo de nuestros campesinos. 4) AMARILLO: Color que simboliza nuestras riquezas culturales y ese brillo permanente del inmenso sol que acompaña nuestro mar para formar un paisaje único que nos llena de orgullo. El autor de la Bandera: María Eugenia Cuello, Acuerdo 011 de Septiembre 9 de 2005."
