This is the old Mafutaga o Tokelau i Niu Hila flag. A non-profit organisation of Tokelau people within New Zealand.

On May 29, 2008 the COUNCIL FOR THE ONGOING GOVERNMENT FOR TOKELAU announced the adoption of a new national symbol, flag and anthem. The new flag is as follows: [1]
