This image is the cover of a videotape, DVD, Blu-ray, etc. and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the publisher of the video or the studio which produced the video in question. This image, Ganginblue.jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright, I (User:Sir Nicholas de Mimsy-Porpington) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. it is a low resolution copy of a DVD cover;
2. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the book in any way;
3. copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the DVD label;
4. No free equivalent exists that would effectively identify the article's subject.
5. The image is only used once and is rendered in low resolution to avoid piracy.
6. The image has been published outside Wikipedia; see source above.
7. The image meets general Wikipedia content requirements and is encyclopedic.
8. The image meets Wikipedia's media-specific policy.
9. The image is used in the article wiki-linked in the section title.
10. The image is significant in identifying the subject of the article, which is the film itself.
