English: Major George Steward CMG (later Lieutenant Colonel Sir George Steward KBE CMG) in civilian dress as Official Secretary to the Governor-General. Steward is wearing his CMG and is easily identified by his characteristic moustache in the style of Kaiser Wilhem II. Cropped from an official group photograph of Governor-General Munro-Ferguson in vice-regal attire.
