Summary

Description

"Beauty that is strong and strength that is beautiful",was the theme of the Goodrich ad in the September 1920 National Geographic

The Silvetown cords had an adjustment basis of 8,000 miles; the fabric tires, 6,000 miles.

I recall Dad telling me that 5,000 miles was the average tire life on the Dodges he drove in the early 1920's..
