Fair Use Rationale for image use on The Gunpowder Plot: Exploding The Legend[edit]

Though the picture is copyright © to ITV, I (Hexhand (talk) 00:51, 12 July 2008 (UTC)) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use law because:

1. The image is a low-resolution screenshot;
2. The image is being used for informational purposes showing the blast radius of the, the explosion that could have occurred, had the Gunpowder Plot succeeded, taken from the television documentary The Gunpowder Plot: Exploding The Legend; as such, Its use here is entirely encyclopedic in nature;
3. No more free alternative exists;
4. The use of the image in this article will have no effect on ITV's commercial use of the image in question.
