English: The Honourable Joseph Devlin Member of Parliament is one of those many politicians from the turn of the 19th to the 20th century that many of us have not heard too much about. It is perhaps the sad thing about history that those who do not take part in either revolt or scandal can fade from the public limelight while those involved in either tend to be remembered. One suspects that "Dapper Joe" was one of the former rather than the latter?
