Summary

Description Traffic controllers like the one pictured are a common sight in the major cities. Due to the fuel shortage in the country, it is actually easier to have someone to direct the traffic all day than it is to power traffic lights. Our local guide claims the choice of traffic controllers over traffic lights is to reduce pollution. Right.
