Summary

Description

Lama - a river in the Moscow region of Russia, right tributary of Shoshi. It follows from a small swamp near the village Sebenki Volokolam area, the estuary near the village of Paveltsevo Tver region, in south-western part of Ivankovskoye reservoir. The main tributaries - Selesnya, Kolpyana, Big Sister, Little Sister. In the past, was navigable.

On the river, in the village Yaropolets - the country's first rural hydropower stations - Yaropoletskaya HPP (destroyed in 1941 during the Great Patriotic War, in 1980, restored as a historical monument).
