This specimen of Lecidella carpathica was growing on a boulder along the woodland edge on the western side of the high voltage power line clearing up hill (North) from Locust Run at the Soldiers Delight Natural Environment Area, Owings Mills, Baltimore County, Maryland, USA (N 39o24.218', W 76o50.582').
Collected and identified by E.C. Uebel (No. U-639, 19 Jul 2006).
