• it is a low quality screenshot of a TV series title sequence;
• it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the TV series in any way;
• copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the series on another medium;
• the title sequence image helps to demonstrate its description in the Maat article;
• the title sequence does not contain any material from the actual show.

It is believed that the use of a limited number of low-resolution screenshots for identification of and critical commentary on the television program and its contents on the English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation, qualifies as fair use under the Copyright law of the United States.
