Summary

Description Marine Gate, Marine Parade, Black Rock, City of Brighton and Hove, England. A large block of flats built in 1939 to the design of architects Wimperis, Simpson and Guthrie. It stands at the eastern end of Brighton, overlooking Brighton Marina and Black Rock. This view is taken from the top of the Brighton Marina approach road (whose concrete retaining wall is in the foreground) and looks northwestwards.
