Fair use rationale[edit]

Though the picture is subject to copyright, I feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws for use on My Dog Skip (film) because:

1. it contributes to the article significantly;
2. it does not limit the copyright owner's ability to sell copies of the film in any way;
3. no free equivalent is available at this time
4. This image is being used to illustrate the article on the movie in question and is used for informational or educational purposes only.
5. This image is of low resolution.
6. It is believed that this image will not devalue the ability of the copyright holder to profit from the original work.
