Description

These magazine covers, one altered to make Simpson appear darker appeared on the newstands together, caused an outcry at the time. This public response had many dimensions, ranging from the journalistic implications of photo manipulation to the legal and moral issues that mass media was being used to pander to negative public opinion of Simpson or else to express a concept of Simpson's presumed guilt.
