2. The image does not inhibit sales of the DVD or posters for Krasue Valentine
3. The image does not impede the licensing of Krasue Valentine.
4. The image does no damage to the image or quality of Krasue Valentine. In fact its use exactly fits the purpose of a movie poster, promoting the film.
