Svenska: Ryska gården, Munken 12, Södra Kyrkogatan 14, Visby, Gotland. I Riksantikvarieämbetets Bebyggelseregister kan man läsa om fastigheten Munken 12. "Den avgränsas av Stora Torget i sydväst, Södra Kyrkogatan i väster och Ryska gränd i söder. På fastigheten finns idag två byggnader som ursprungligen var fristående, men idag är de sammanbundna med varandra. De båda husen, främst det nordligast belägna, har en välbevarad, ålderdomlig karaktär och utgör en viktig del av stadsbilden kring Stora Torget. Gården i öster avgränsas och omges av fastigheterna Munken 12, 14, 15 och 16, men kan nås även via Munken 9 och 10. Alla fastigheterna har tillgång till gården genom samfällighet.
Under hela fastigheten finns byggnadsrester från medeltiden. Murverk till Ryska kyrkan och även delar av dess kyrkogård påträffades vid arkeologiska undersökningar på 1970-talet. Dessa kvarligger under mark i hela fastighetens utbredning. Kyrkan övergavs redan under medeltiden. Idag kan man genom fastighetens källare komma ned till de framgrävda, delvis tillgängliga grundmurarna av den Ryska kyrkan."
